ROD? Manpower Not Enough!: PES E Now Need Go Back Reservist

Latest update, I received in the mail today a green document, NOE or notice of exemption which i was told by some other pes E person who also has it. Its excusing me for having to apply for exit permit for 6 months or more. WHich means i can go on very long trips overseas without doing anything! But the letter's wordings also told me that i would be posted to a new unit, but i would not need to do MOB for my current unit and of course no IPPT
SO what does this mean? New unit means medical holding list? Cos my earlier letter stated it as MNSR and i found out from the clerk it means medical holding list. -

Also PES E ppl can be call up if they hold KAH appointments (i.e CO, OC, S1, etc) or u are a PES E Chief Clerk then lan lan have to come back (I have a fren who kena this)
Will they send me an OOF-out of forces letter?
Btw should i consider e-mailing mindef and ask if i have a new unit? Just to play safe and not expect a surprise letter out of the blue months or years later.
DId you read about someone in this thread who was a pes E clerk still serving reservist. I guess difference bet him and me is i am in medical holding list and he has a unit. Sorry if i am a bit luo suo, just need to play safe. -
