Take order again

I m goin to get charge again n tis is my 2nd time.
I juz wonder y i still get charge although i hv completed my rt training n pass my ippt test for tis year.
My window close on april but i go for my rt lesson b4 april which mean is on march n i admit i did not book my ippt test but i don think got enough time to book b4 my rt.N somehow my unit did not explain to me clearly on my first charge n now i had to suffer again.Is there anyone who can help me solve tis?
