I think it's more for [b]"demanding" respect.
It's like saying "Hey I got the JCC badge, airborne badge... What have you got? You have got NOTHING. So, you MUST respect me".

Don't you think so? If you have what they have, do you think they can exert CONTROL over you?Originally posted by monoslayer:try telling tat to CDF.
it depends on the individual. i have met a lot of soldiers who r humble n down-to-earth depite their uniform decorated like xmas tree wif badges. some even wear their uniform wif badges during parades only. normal days jus wear a simple, empty no 4. those who tends to play rank r normally those cmi n kena condemned ones.Originally posted by packjust:Don't you think so? It's like you are a robber and you are armed with a .38 Smith and Wessons gun and the police are likewise. Do you think the police can still exert control over you? Better still, if you are armed with an Ak-47 rifle like some robbers in Hong Kong, the police will have less control over you, isn't it?
very true.Originally posted by monoslayer:it depends on the individual. i have met a lot of soldiers who r humble n down-to-earth depite their uniform decorated like xmas tree wif badges. some even wear their uniform wif badges during parades only. normal days jus wear a simple, empty no 4. those who tends to play rank r normally those cmi n kena condemned ones.
CSB is not a course. It's more like a battery of tests. Everything covered in CSB should be known to the Rifleman.Originally posted by Gordonator:i can confirm men from 6SIR do went for the course. many have gotten the badge. just that currently most of them don't wear it as they are waiting for the new olive green version of the badge to be issued.
