  Isn't it funny when during LRI you go and borrow other unit's equipment to show that your inventory is complete?
  
  While it is usually acceptable as it just shows you are always ready to have a certain number of items as required.
  
  But the bigger picture is, somewhere some unit or your upper study have lost somethings and units and covering other units.
