Im going to be enlisted into bmtc this 9th sept . May i know whether wat does leadership training mean? Wat are the chances of posting out to be men and not sgt or officer? PL help!

hihi i enlist this sat at 9 am . i have ptp also and followed by bmt. May i know recuirts passed out from bmtc sch confirm become sgt or officer ? cos i want to be men and not comander.

during the express interest talk, just opt for an option which says you die die do not want to be a commander. you die die dun wan to go to sispec. and you die die dun wan to go to OCS.

i know a LCP who has a degree, another is a CPL with straight As for A level. not to mention, a CPL (NS) clerk who had a masters.
so, just tick the "Not interested to be a commander", and u wont get it. -
