the idea of minimum entry requirement is cos SAF wants all leaders to be graduates (diploma is allowed since can quite easily upgrade to degree). -
me cross over from sispec one last time. and the criteria to cross over is v vage. my friend and i both went for the interview to cross over. FYI, i last time (back in sispec) ippt pass only, SOC 10:29 cross over.. friend gold, SOC 8 :30 nv cross over. so u say leh? siao one.. the SAF is one screwed up place. u planning to sign on?

lol hmm i dont plan to sign on but at least i hope to be commissioned . Btw spf is worse then saf 100 times i can swear hard if they want to condem u they just use their mighty pen and mouth to do the work thats all and u will be condemmned to eternity for the rest of your carrer if u regular thats the problem dont like too many backstabbers.

ya that was a harsh decision but i never regret it cos i feel that that is not the kind of life i want to lead on too fake i just dont know how to describe in words .

btw spf workload is liike shit all the senior SO like to taiji to the jo and kanna somemore veri hard to siam an in the end as usual they took the credit . I know saf also samiliar but just regret to sign on spf its just a civil service and its a servant not a officer where everyone thought got power its like the outter look only

oic i last time sgt my o level results qualify for poly but i used to take dip in hotel management from shatec and cmpb based on that state that i attended dip programme and pack me to bmtc sch 1 . i intend to take up dip and from there advanced or degree but i dont know saf recognise sim or not but i know teaching profession recognise sim

BMTC is not a command sch! Doesnt mean you go there you become sgt or offc.
BMTC are for O levels and above!!
If you have less than five O levels credits, you cannot become a sgt or offc!!
If you have a private ADVANCE DIPLOMA then you are eligible for sispec. PRIVATE DIPLOMA only is not enough!!
SIM is considered semi government. But still private. -
