NS could be fun and a good experience ... but no point for her to be wasting time there. 2 years is not long but it ain' t short either.
Imagine carrying Full Pack, SBO, rifle and the bloody helm and walk the damn 32km.
Sleep with frogs /wild bore... feed mosquito every now and then.
Dig the bloody fox hole till hand bleed... eye bag come out... cut here cut there by con wire.. get foot rot... get heat rash... -

she can experience the same bond with friends, not necessary must be in the army. -
Some things (some dark truths) ur fren shld know:
1.) Army = Regimentation (i.e. basically mean, there are rules for EVERYTHING u do inside the army. YES, EVEN GOING TO THE TOILET [AKA must ask permission])
2.) One for all and all for one: U do swee swee also no use, one f**ker inside ur platoon f**k-up, all of u will get it. U will get this kind of treatment as long as u are inside regardless where u go.
3.) Collectivisim: No Me and I inside the army.
4.) Stupid always win: Yes, even u find something totally stupid and ridiculus, u will wonder why u always have to do it and the most important thing of all: U CAN'T F**KING CHANGE IT.
5.) Must be comfortable wif a ginna above u: In the SAF, u bound to meet immediate officers or sergeants who are going to be younger than u. And have a childish way of thinking (ok, not everyone like that) but u must be "comfortable" wif it.
6.) NO ARUGING: U do it or U do it, there is no other way. If u argue, u will visit a nice chalet where ur stay in the SAF will be EXTENDED.
7.) Detention Barrack(DB) = JAIL : Simply put, SAF is a period where u will take charge of ur life for the first time and DB is a place that reminds u that u are responsible for ur own actions like losing a can of beer can get u inside.
Sad but true.
8.) Bonding: Yes, u can bond all u like while siting on the wet muddy ground in the middle of nowhere inside a jungle with rain pouring on u and u eating ur soggy dinner. A GREAT WAY TO BOND!
9.) Ladies please take note: There are no TVs inside the jungle and the toilet is everywhere inside the jungle and be careful where u dig.
10.) When the sergeant gives an order to hit the ground, u hit the ground, he doesn't care if the ground is muddy, dirty, alot leaves, got insects, got snakes, etc, etc
(please add on the things u come to realised but is not stated officially) -
i feel that she will have no problem abt the regimentation as she was in a uniform group before.. the toilet thing is common for her in her days as a NPCC cadet

I think it is the design of the uniform that makes them look flat-chested. Take a closer look when they are in CVs. Some are not bad at all. As I have said, there are rules for everything and it can boil down to even simplistic of things like sleeping and waking up also got timing to follow, eating and even drinking water. Ur fren must be mentally prepared to face SAF kind of regimentation, for guys, we bo bian have to do. For ladies, must be mentally prepared.
Toilet in field mah is not a toilet with doors, to give u an idea of wat SAF toilet is:
1.) Go into jungle with a shovel.
2.) Dig a hole
3.) Do business in the hole
4.) Cover the hole.
Next fella do the same thing, the only problem wif this is, u might dig up some other ppl's "business". -

NPCC: Cook food use solid fuel racks
NS: Where got time to cook! Just eat the cold hard pack. Some time only eat biscuits. -
