WHo is in charge of posting and stuff

Who is or who are the personnel in charge of putting the recruit or the ns men trhough hell or heaven by posting them to LOBO or siong units?
Are these decisions made by a computer or by humans? I have about cases where the S1 clerk or some admin clerk misplaced some documents of some soldiers and they are not called up for FFI or reservist thing. IS this true and does this happen today? Thought everything in mindef is computerized?
Anyone here care to explain? -

Btw let's say you have not gotten any posting to any reservist unit, will they entertain your request to call them up and ask them which unit u are posted to? -

u can also check out ns.sg under My Unit or something liddat.

AT the risk of being "rememebered", just in case they forgot about me.
Maybe i'll end up like MR tan get ict at 36 then start writing in and go and complain.
Btw this is not really related to me, my case is very safe.

Posting is usually done by computer more or less but coc!k-up is usually by the admin staff. For example, they print out ur SAF100 (now dunno still got or not) then they forget take to Post Office to mail. Happens all the time. Or FFI letter got stash into a pile of documents then the admin staff forgets about it.
