i just recieved my posting as above. Don't know what is it, kinda worried. Is it those super chiongsua kind, everyday camo on off wear e FBO + signal set run jungle? Or is base more on theory like study study alot? Also isit a 5-day week? Sorry for so many questions.

in SI is always study. midway through the course, you will go out in a group of 3 or 4 to test your communication.

But is there like what 4 day field camp that kind(like BMT), then route march, or SOC or PT quite worried about life inside there. Don't know what to expect sia

The life is so shiok! In SI oso eng eng ceng ceng wan... somemore nw signal set all so light and compact lia0z... last time so heavy...

it is no longer BMT liao. dun worry too much. but since, you are in school, the basic of waking up for breakfast and marching to cookhouse are there. book out, i not too sure cos now is 5 days week unlike last time. this you will find out when you go there. Going outfield is not shiong.. Everyone goes outfield from time to time. As SI, not really chiong sua, so dun worry.

It depends really, which unit you'll be posted to eventually. But generally the training won't be very siong at all, and signallers do get quite a bit of freedom in their individual units. Most of them become runners for the PCs, OCs, PSOs and even the CO.

dun worry, its consider quite a good life compare to other vocations. enjoy ur life in SI.

Your time at SI is like heaven compared to BMT...
Now still hard to say tough anot, must depend on posting...
If you go to Infantry/Gds then LL but if you kena like AirForce, then shiok shiok. -
Quite slack, nights out are quite often, and they let you order takeaway at night.

I just went thru first week of life in SI. Pretty good i would say. Hmmm but i got transfered over to INFOSYS from INFOCOMM 2. What is prob my route gonna be like after i get posted out? any ideas?

quite a lot of studying to be done, lots of stuff to memorise; that's about all,
the chionging part will come when you're posted to your unit.
lots of water parades, (even though i have no idea why
),
could be different now, that was during my time, when it was still known as SOS- Sch of Signals -
If you kenna armor, can be shiong but better off than being with guards/inf.
