Where got such things? Some people say if you are in active combat unit fighting ATEC, you will fight it again during reservice to train. So you bring home your SBO after ORD then use for reservice..

Btw, it's reservist and not reservice.
And yes, you bring back your SBO and other stuff when you ORD. You don't give them up until you go on the MR list.
Unless you permanently downgrade or for some strange reason or other get immediatly put on the MR list after ORD, you still have to continue to serve.
What did you think reservist training was all about? We don't just sit around drinking kopi catching up on old times you know.
As long as you remain in a combat unit during reservist commitments, you will most likely go through ATEC again. -
