Yes, during my active days... The poor RSM bought a brand neww Volkswagon Pussat, parked it at the Perm Staff lot, when he returned in the afternoon, his black car has two deep scratches from the bonnet to the boot...

the RSM will just scratch his own car and then declare that he is going to catch the culcript...then everyone tihinks his car being watched...so nobody touches his car liao

in this case, when the RSM's car get scratched, one will think must be some lower ranks who did it. how come never think about maybe it's the RSM's colleagues who did it?
