PES F: ROD from NS. Now What? Eat/ Sleep/ Play/ Work? How?

I was given a pes F while serving... Deeply demoralised... anyone else who's pes F?

mental illness? to be frank, i dono the main reason. Submitted my medical report to them and they just recommended me a pes F.

pes f - mainly due to medical probs; like respiratory probs, broken leg/hand, handicapped, etc.
pes e - gays/homos, a bit retarded but still able to go about doing normal routines. -

pes e are for more serious cases of disability or illnesses.
gays/homos sign 302 and their pes status will be determined by effeminacy. stay in vocations will be a no-no. no security CAT clearance beyond restricted.
the eight areas that go into determining the criteria are physique, left eye, right eye, hearing, upper limb, lower limb, mental stability (psychology) and mental ability (IQ). -
Gays/Homos are PES C (officially), semi-officially 30-2.
Pes E are severe disability. Broken femur, blind in 1 eye, lose some fingers, etc.
Pes F is not fit for service, 1 leg or 1 hand only. blind in 2 eyes, low IQ.
If i am not wrong, PES F must be certified by a Formation MO. -
heh broken limbs can PES F? i've broken both my damn legs currently.....still no PES status....well technically PES B with long term MC.....so far 50 days liao.

a grade from 1 to 5 is assigned to each category, where 1 is excellent ability to 4 for little ability to 5 for no ability.
the lowest grade amongst the 8 categories will determine ur PES status. PES A requires minimum 1 for all, PES B is 2, PES C is 3, PES E is 4 and PES F is 5.
PES D is a temporary classification.
Hearing is classified as a cateogry by SAF, and actually assigned a lower weightage, where someone with a grade 2 in hearing can still get a PES A, grade 3 will still get PES B or C.
L codes are outfield deployability codes which are meant for seperate assessment from the PES C/E which is determined by the above processed.
PES C2 and below will not need to fulfil IPPT obligations.

Ito_^ have said wat i wanted to.. To add on, I have specialist's letter from NHC and NUH. Then I submitted it to the MO who's in charge. Wait for medical board in MMI. You need to wait at least 1 month for medical board... Wat loopholes are you talking abt sgboy2004? Any pes F pple around?

i am not dying... suffering from what mavis hsu xu mei jing is suffering sometime ago... Doesnt really need you to lose one hand or leg. My hands and legs are all intact.
