IPPT question

  I am an NSman, and I heard that there is a Higher Learning scheme or something like that, where even if u fail ur IPPT, u need not go for RT? is it true?
  
  I am asking this question because I remember the encik at Maju Camp told us this, and seeing that I had failed my IPPT, i want to take for the new work year, but when I go to the NS.portal to try to register for IPPT, it just brings me to a screen to book a date for RT. What should I do?

  are u referring to the IPPT Preparatory Training?

  RT is after you fail your IPPT.
  IPT is RT before IPPT.
  Its the same.

  hmm i guess you must have mean that...
  
  if you are a NSman and in an Institute of higher learning. you are therefore defered for reservist liability hence no need for IPPT for the moment.
