boxers or briefs in army?

sorry if this have been posted. im gonna go in on friday.
im used to wearing boxers. but i've just heard wearing boxers is not allowed or might not be such a good idea. some say with pt shorts its as good as not wearing anything and you might get abrasion on route marches.
people with experience...you guys prefer boxers or briefs? -

I prefer nothing actually.........
But for outdoor activities and army, briefs lah! Otherwise how can your little brother and balls be supported? Kena injury den cannot play anymore liao........ -
if u want ur balls to be on fire, boxers are okay

if you want no support as well as want to risk abrasion for your balls while doing all the vigorous exercise then wear boxer,your balls,your choice

due to safety reasons,
wearing briefs r better,
but i during roadmarch wear boxer,
cos i find it more comfort -
tights.
