shave before going in or go in then shave?

  some say inside shave anyhow one. not even and all that. so i think i might go shave before i go in tmr. but they say you dont shave inside also must pay barber fee.

  go in u will pay to have ur head shaved to the standard they wan... if u shave outside then go in and they say cannot.. u still pay again to have it shaved by them again..
