how to do chin-ups.
n must train until the "wings" (muscles) at ur back grow.
then ASLC time can go taiwan f**k taiwan models.
he said last time he used to go there f**k taiwan models everytime.
n his stories abt wild boars, survival etc...
all damn entertaining...

My time was defaulter's parade + change parade together.March here and there,then when a certain timing is reached,ordered to rush up our bunk,change into certain attire,then certainly timing cannot meet or even if reached,sure to pin point some problem,then kenna pumped and such.Then rush back up to bunk,change to defaulter parade attire,come down start again and after awhile change parade start again,repeat the cycle a few times.

I was from Echo in early 05.. and i could tell many people in Foxtrot would want him out of the coy.... simply too f**** up an OC. But i guess each soldier has his style of managing a company

some info, MWO Oh Cheng Kah was from Tango wing. back then he was still 1WO. and his partner in crime is SST Ho. those in Tango wing should know his stories.
anyway, defaulters parade leh what else can he do?... march here and there. fall in full battle order, everything in and out. check the diff packets, find fault, do excercises. change parade. look at uniform, find fault, do some exercises, change into another set (PT kit or Smartest 4) and the cycle continues. u try that see if u would puke or not. -
