  i feel my brains r being cooked when wearing helmet in the hot sun...the head feel so hot... like wanna explode...then cannot take out helmet also...later sergeant will scold n make me knock it down....
  
  i think some of my brain cells r cooked...

  helment is air con lei you know??
  some rec like to wear so much when ask to remove they still act blur
