Dye hair

i am currently working in MINDEF, based on the army "RULES", it is wrong to dye your hair. However i have seen officers with COLOURED HAIR.I wonder if anyone seen NS guys with coloured hair too in other camps?? -
I've seen reservists at pasir laba with bright orange and blue hair before ...

anyway even AN NS MEN working in army for 10 yrs may not know all the things.. my LTC even ask me how long is the BMT nowdays...so pls think before u speak..haha -
I saw alot of female captains dye hair,wondering is it that females will be allow to dye hair???

Hmm but my camp S1 only got poly dip dun even have a degree,i think got poly dip also enough or maybe A level cert loh,but heard promotion slower. -

I think only ladies allowed... But the colour, I dun think the rules are really met... But so far only see dyed hair are mostly officers
