So much bad blood in that graffiti.I had the priveledge to be with those two formation in the 80s and apart from some of the trainings and function the morale and hardcore attitude men are about equal.......now I dont know???

Erm, is there anyway I can find solid sources on these incidents? I'm doing to do a presentation in class pretty soon and I'm sure my teacher wouldn't accept a bunch of guys on an internet forum as a reliable sources.

i believe the last time SAF was in "A Real situation" was East Timor. I read the deployment of SAF regular than thereafter evolved to active NS men.
I didn't hear about the shot firing event so that was interesting would like to know more.
I was in Starlight back in the days. Yes we do stored live ammo or else how do we conduct live firing excerise!!!
most of the event in starlight are behavior incidents.
Things happen during R n R when New training troops tend to have an atitude that they are welcome and there is "NO GOVERNMENT", Some get resolve locally never appear in the news. The big events got highlight in the news, I remember my time was 3 or 4 SIR not sure which unit got the citation.
i think it was platoon size that got detention after the event. -
