IIRC The head of Adam Road Dr. Wong Yip Chong was orginally from IMH but left to start his own hospital due to differing views with the IMH authorities. Can you tell me who does regular checks on him? I am pretty sure MOH does not spot-check private practises regularly unless there are complaints.
Besides don't you think a certified government psychiatrist's reccommendation would carry more weight than a private ones?
I guess it depend cause I ahd a fren visiting private psychitrist n he got excused from range after his basic training.
