  your descriptions sounds like diabetes. when did u start having these symptoms?

  It's too early to tell, so won't rule out diabetes.
  
  I would suggest going to your MO and request a blood sugar test.

  Could be diabetic problem. It's also looked like near heat stoke.

  test show that i have large volume of urine output
  
  and specislist cant find out wat really happen to me

  Did they ask you to do a chart over a short period? To measure your output?

  no they never check my kidney
  
  only done blood and urine test , show normal
  
  never give chart , just give me container to measure
  
  24 hr urine ouput.. Results show high in volume output
  
  Been toldy by Dr that if i dun have enought water
  
  i might get dehydration easily due to the the large loss

  drink sips of water thruout the day lor....dun have huge gulps
