Just curious, is the dunking exercise still carried out? Heard it was done in several of the previous CST courses, even in ranger course. i hope they dun overdo it now since they know the precautions.

Personally, I think they ought to outsource the course.

now CST is conducted by SMI, no longer by CDO... wonder how the new syllabus will be like...
