Anyone here from RSAF 160 SQN?

  Care to share your experience in 160 sqn? Izzit really that ADA sqn is really very 'xiong'. I have recently pass out from SI and had been post there as a signal operator.

  And do we, posted there as signal operator need to stay in?? Will be reporting tmr morning, hope that its a stay out camp for us, signaller!

  Used to be in 160 sqn the SI should be quite relax but now don't know still the same or not cos last time the unit was in seletar now in chong pang.

  should not be too bad la. afterall you're in the airforce now... not army. although you are still an army personnel. yup
  
  signallers have to stay in. and if i'm not wrong in ADA is no different.
  
  as for xiong or not... ADA too has it's high key periods and lull period. so like exercise xiong lor...

  And if you're really heng heng most likely you will continue to serve your reservist in the Air Force.

  Base on my experience, chance of posting back to Army is quite low. All my ex-reservist Army vocations buddies in my ex-battery all come from Air Force Unit.

  Most people will still be in air force after ORD.

  Yes very Siong.
  Always kena NDP, SAFD, watever sai keng. Imagine your entire unit is less than average infantry company.
  
  But seriously, just be careful as u deal with more machinery.
  
  Miss the days when its in Seletar camp with it's colonial buildings. That place machiam like some ulu village. With fresh air and lotsa of fruit trees.
