Epilepsy

I have a history of childhood epilepsy. The last outbreak was 8 years ago and I was treated at kkh. 2 weeks ago, I had another attack but I did not seek any medical attention. Could I get the army to 'draw' my medical records from 8 years ago from kkh themselves to prove a history of epilepsy? Thanks.

just foaming at my mouth when i'm sleeping and convulsions...no biggie because my family's "trained' on how to deal with it...folks attended lectures on how to react if i've an epileptic attack..we also have medicine for my condition on standby...but would my army buddies know how to help me? I would also like to go and re-query my old specialist on the severity of my condition then. But it was at kk woman's and children's hospital when I was still 12..i'm like 20 plus now lar..but i believe my medical records would still be there..it has to be what..they can't just throw it away mah...

PES C1L2. I'm an nsmen; that's why no hurry to go medical board or get treatment... if the medical officer wants to know more about my condition, then it's good lor..he can write in to kkh to enquire more about more condition...because i don't have any medical documentation...all original copies were submitted to my respective educational institutions throughout my life to exempt me from PE...i always get my epilepsy attacks half way through out my sleep...how it occurs, i'm not sure too...first, i find myself knowingly slipping out of consciousness before gradually losing control of my body..then i start foaming and shaking...

I think you'll still have to stand for yourself though you're an nsmen. And also.. You should be keeping the ORIGINALS with you... Submitting ONLY the CARBON COPIES....

Go to hosp buy out ur report from the medical reports counter/dept and then submit it to your camp MO.

When you were in Seconday School, if your teacher told you to submit the originals, you would do so without asking. Young and naive then what. I just called kkh to enquire. Yes; they do have my doctor's diagnosis, prescriptions, scan results, but it costs $75. Could I get the SAF MO to pay for it if he wants to know more about my condition. If he doesn't, then he has to take my word for the truth.
