what happen if u r a person who need bout at least 9 hours or more of sleep a day...even more so if after doing strenous activity...
or u r a person who is used to sleeping 9 hours or more per day...
den u enter army n find that u dun have enough sleep, n worse still, the training everyday make u even more tired... den u find ur performance n stamina is weakened, n u r constantly sleepy n fatigued
den how? can report to MO for downgrade? -
Where gt 9 hours? If one is passionate abt life, 5 hours everyday also enough.

HA! Stooky again. Lucky you never gana cdo sia. Wait they hellweek until u drop dead...juz put up with it man. 9hrs is pretty long alrdy.
Anyway 7-9 hrs is considered moderate sleep deprivation in a combat situation. 4hrs or less is considered serious sleep deprivation. But u in war meh, need to sleep that long? -
if i used to eat home cooked food, den hw? i ask army downgrade coz i cannot adapt to cookhouse
