Who knows what these people do? I know they chiong suah a bit but what exactly do they do? What's the training like, posting as an officer, what type of exercises they have to go etc. Eg. In Recce, the typical mission is to be inserted, walk to OP, set up OP, go for close recce, come back report, receive next mission.

Most of them are deployed as Fire Unit (FU) Officer in th ADSD's ADA sqns or bns after they get one bar.
Some of them might become QM or MTO.
