Comd TAB is usually leaves one star as well. Forgotten abt the rest of the bases liao. PLAB, SBAB, CAB, TASC Commandaers are COLs if i do not remember wrongly.

New CAF begins his tour with one star... he gets his second star about a year or so later.

With exception of Comd TAB, most former base commanders will only get their one-star after assuming their new appointment.Uh Uh... former Comd, PLAB BG Voon Tse Chow got his star before posting out. Not sure is because of his posting as Defence Attache though
