i heard it is impossible to fail BMT
cos even if u fail IPPT dis days,u can pass ? true or false?
or gt BMT recourse? -

The official requirement to "pass" BMT is,
Pass IPPT, fieldcamp, BTP and 75% attendance. Then you will be awarded PASS BMT.
If none of the requirements above are met but 75% attendance is, then you will be awarded Attended status.
However, the COs so far have been letting people off and give them Attended regardless they met the 75% attendance.
The only people who recourse now are those who OOT'ed early or those no awarded "attended". The latter, however, is rare.
Because his unit COs will just train him on the items he missed in BMT proper. -

We just took it to mean the total hours of activities conducted against the total of hours the said soldier participated.
E.g. so say Weights training is a total of 60 hours in the 9 weeks BMT. and he monitor his attendance, so 75% would mean 45/60 ohurs.
at end of the BMT, we have to total everything, and see if he met the 75% requirement. -
