  yup WOSE means Warrant officers, Specialists and Enlistees.
  
  I think the Air force calls it WOSA.
  
  Warrant officers, Specialists and Airmen.

  hmmm? aren't specialists sergeants? how come they'r age older when officers do less phisically demanding work? please correct me if i'm wrong.
