a few of my camp mates were always raving and ranting about ICT. they made a lot of money but chose not to report the full amount. they ended up taking lcp pay.
can you imagine someone earning 10k a month but taking a few hundred during ICT? -
since the topic is on taxi drivers and ICTs, it kinda reminded me of something. my camp doesn't allows taxis to enter unless the driver is going for ICT. so it's kinda weird seeing a someone in uniform driving a cab.

oh no... if i sign up as taxi driver and next month is my ICT, then i can only claim rank pay. Sigh!

Don't be fool by them. A self-employed earning $10K a month will not have his income source cut-off just because he is not in his office. He can still operate with his mobile phone. If his job can be taken over by another person easily, then it will not be worth $10K.
