NSFs with higher NITEC cert

i heard that NSFs with higher NITEC stands a higher chance of getting promoted to CPL compared to NITEC and O levels. how valid is that?

i'm told with a new ruling that is possible.
my storeman with O levels got promoted to CPL.
but must be free from charge la. no DB or SOL -
last heard was all will get cpl

err.....when i was back in service, one my men had higher NITEC, and he got LCP.

Depends on ur superiors la.
If they die die want u get promoted to CPL,(In the past,promoted cpl means 2 or 4 more extra months in service),u confirm wil get it. -
lcp or cpl no diff la... still men...

Got such things meh? I was the best 'educated' MTL driver in my unit and I ROD as a lance corporal nia ( my time all drivers non is Dip holders ).
Did know got O lvl plus ITE cert can get CPL. But now NS only 2 yrs. Last time is CPL above=2.5 yrs. Who want to waste extra 5 plus months in the wayang force right? Every mth sign extra duties not enough meh? STill want to sign for a extra 5 mths??? -
