Army help! (2 weeks to hell)

Hey all, just finished the big As.
Just want some tips for army, eg what are the benchmarks like and how should i go about training up for the inevitable. i have 2 weeks left, enough to mount up a comprehensive exercise plan, no?
and also, how to chiong into OCS? i seriously want to improve my resume to qualify for scholarships. Im currently a tad obese (0.5kg) and wish to chiong into ocs.
and ye, have been reading some blogs of old birds and they've all bemoaned about the phoney, or poseur-like behaviour of "over enthusiastic"; BMT platoon mates. makes me wonder if life would be so filled with hypocrisy there.
also, are the friendships there easy to forge? cause it'll be the JC people. not to be disparaging but some of them are really not the "one for all, all for one" material (especially in mine).
im so filled with anticipation! come what may, im SO sick of academic life and high school (JC drama).

PS: just read up some of the forums threads and found out lots of interesting tidbits. really appreciate the information being shared. camaraderie of NS men, they say.

Good food,great bedding.. Not to mention that to have songs to sing,free toning-up... And best of all... U have ur SGTs screaming in ur ears!!!!! Isn't that great???
Actually no lah,BMT is really fun place to go after u have post to ur unit... U will always find ur buddies is the best person to look for... And find ur PS and PC,they will LOVE to help u out... Serious....... -

the 1st 2 weeks will be difficult lahhhh try to make friends in there.Stay positive to get through the 2 weeks,once you're done with that it'd be ok. -

If that is the intention,then you got it wrong.You don't aim for OCS for such a purpose.
Anyway,I never even clear my BMT(even after I ORDed),I still got a nice local govt scholarship.

the whole bunch are all guniangs, if surviving means to step over their heads to stay alive. it's a piece of cake with the misfits in there now.

Nah, guess you arent smart enough to read in between the lines. It was just my initial trepidation along with perhaps unintended cordiality misexpressed? I dont need a 1000 word essay to prove my sincerity, or my willingness thereof. Just some innocent, cordial reply and you take the world for it. My goodness.
