  Medic or Driver higher chances to go overseas from my NS experience.
  Some rifleman also go...so is most dependable on luck,try to highlight u love overseas loh....LOL

  PES status doesn't really matter. I am PES A but not only PES A can go overseas but sometimes when they need manpower in Taiwan, they also don't care too much as long as pass FFI can alrdy. Have u requested for overseas posting?

  Then u pray hard, dun go OCS or SISPEC or you can forget abt overseas posting. After that, you better hope for a non-combat vocation or else, can also forget abt everything.

  That's what u think only. U think mindef only see PES status. Sometimes, if they suddenly need more techs, then they throw ppl in. You go in n you will understand.

  That's the correct thinking. Not like some ppl go in and being brainwashed. Asking to go OCS or SISPEC for what pride n honour but how i ended up in Taiwan is just a timely opportunity.

  for overseas posting, 99% r from logistics n tech. u will b posted to the relevant bases in lancer, cresendo n starlight to support the training troops. the only combat vocation i saw over there r the combat medics. other den tat, all r storemen, supply sup, ammo techs, v techs, clerks, QM, RQ, etc..
