know of any chao keng or slacking or 'arrow' regulars?

  like they like to take very long tea or lunch breaks, come late for work, go home early, sleep/watch tv/play games or do their own stuff during office hour, push most of their work to NSFs, purposely dun wanna go outfield, or slack in on corner under the shade during outfield, give lots of instructions/arrows but never help out in the saikang, push blame to NSFs, take credit for themselves when NSFs do the work, treat NSFs like slaves like buy kopi/makan for them or make them do things not in the army jobscope...etc etc
  
  or any other things that makes u n fellow NSFs blood boil or frustrated
  
  come come tell us ur stories...

  if you tick off those regulars who fall into the above category the SAF regular strength would be reduced by more than 50% ...

  And if you remove those who joined to Army and yet not want to do any soldering (eg. Go on ops, etc), then you can take away another 30%.
