The guy probably did his best and gave his best into his designated tasks and was given the due recognition. But what do majority of the NSFs care anyway? All they want to do is finish NS and get the hell out of there.

The fact that he got so many awards seems weird for an NSF.. Haha.. go read and see la.. -
not unusual if you're a commited soldier, and know the 'lobang' as to where you can get such awards.
in fact if you're outstanding, letters of commendation can be a possibility.
of cos, not forgetting the 'outstanding' grade one will get if on yr Cert of Service.
but then again... who 'chiongs' so much for NS? haha... i'd rather chiong at a club =) -

The guy in question is a CPL(NS), already ORDed. he's in PLAB FDS, vocation is CO's runner. he has IPPT silver and marksman as well. (kinda rare seeing someone with marksman in RSAF)

LOL tat guy i noe him, he same secondary sch as me....
He used to be in delta coy at tekong which is well known for his chao keng. Cannot endure this and that....
He can become a CO's runner is becoz of his mouth. He can sweet talk. During his sec sch days he is quite popular with the teachers and principal. -
only nsf holding PA sort of position wil get awards cos they are in direct contact with the higher ranks all the time..u think a normal rifleman can get recognition? fat chance...at most get company best soldier this type of thing
