What difficulties u encounter to get the whole platoon to fall in?? -
wat difficulties can there be?

its a very easy job..
as my platoon mates all co-operative ones..
cum Im former Npcc in sec sch so those malay commands to me quite easy..

never kena before in BMT. good thing cos that time i was unconfident i can do the job well. was bad with drills and command too.

wait till you become appt holder in sispec/ocs
getting the platoon to fall-in in units is more challenging than in training sch -

I never got arrowed to be platoon IC in all of my 2 1/2 years in the Army.

All coys used to have, then after wear and tear, they were never replaced. -
I was arrowed to be platoon IC by one of the sergents who had a something against me, he was hoping to be able to tekan me more for the whole platoon's mistakes. Luckily the PC was reasonable and made the experience less painful.

during my BMT fieldcamp, i see the IC quite sad leh, tekan jialat jialat by the PS. can't blame the poor chap lah anyway cos everyday must chiong suah and must take care of the whole platoon who have no ideas at all what is going on (first time in jungle mah, everyone is blur). not to mention all those outfield sai kang too.

Did become unofficial armskote specialist during my recourse, because that nuah s.o.b of an official armskote spec had no idea how to maintain his company's weapons, nor keep his paperwork tight.
A few of us Armt Specs had to keep him in check, and ensure we had properly maintained rifles for range.
