Well i do know that the paperwork have lots of loophole,i still remember the storeman alway come and ask for help durning their LRI hahahahaa to perform "magic"

my personal gripe
- system too troublesome to use
- more time should be spent on maintenance and teaching new technicians, rather than endless parades, WITS show, PRIDE show blah blah blah....waste of time
- an unnnecessarily large middle bureaucracy
- officers/officer cadets dont go through a few weeks or months as technicians
