  submarines when berthed, are partially submerged, not totally.

  even after subs slipped off, they are still partially submerged.

  No, that's not the latest.
  There's a stretch of sand reclaimed off the shores of U Coy.
  Now is only left a 1km wide of water for ferry to park at tekong jetty, also, pulau tekong kechil have been "joint" to pulau tekong by a stretch of sand.
