2WO, 1WO, MWO and SWO are warrant officers. Example : Warrant Tan

When the recruits get shaven botak, they suddenly become 'blur'. Try not to confuse them with too many terms. Just simple Sir, Encik, Sergeant and Corporal.
I hear the Officers and Warrant Officers calling these ranks 'sergeants'. Is there a double standard even for a smple form of address ?
