have there ever been personal attacks in army u haf came across?
like maybe in BMT, this particular sergeant or PC dun like a particular recruit becoz of race/attitude or watever, den that rec always kenna tekan n singled out
or maybe a particular NSF went DB before, n therefore the regulars distrust him n when things go missing or bad things happen, fingers is always pointed to him
or maybe an officer or CSM/RSM dun like a particular NSF becoz of some reason, then that NSF kenna marked for life n always kenna tekan jialat n always kenna sai kang or extras
or maybe in an unit, the CO PA is very good life n has many benefits given by CO like do less duty, go off early... then other NSFs jealous den so they dun like him
etc
any stories to share, guys? -
There was once these 2 NCOs vying to tripod their officer for promotion so much that they hate each other's guts. They each tekan the other's underlings in an attempt to indirectly whack the other's ability to lead men. Quite sad for the hapless NSFs.

I have experience my ps abuse his authority to me. He made me be the platoon ic for 3 consecutive weeks where as the rest of them only 3 days to 1 week. although I like being the platoon ic as this is the change that can prove me being an effecient leader, my ps likes to find small faults among my man and punish me. 1 day of train I can do from 100-500 pushup depends on the mood of the ps. My Pc told me he is also the one who nomitate me to be the toilet IC and armskote 2IC, which is the most saikung of all.
Anotherone was we were to choose whether we want to go to command sch or be a MAN. I choose to be a commander and my ps as me why, and say I cant even be my platoon ic properly and say i can forget abt going to command sch while teasing among his sergants.
I feel offended and want to confront him, but was stop by my sect comd. -
I came across such PSes in my first BMT. They disregarded previous reminders to out-pro the mortars before sending them over, and he was standing like a statue while his mortarmen were struggling to unload the tubes from the Unimog. Despite an accident almost happening, he refused to lend a hand until I had to raise my voice at him to clear out the mortars and move his vehicle from obstructing the artillery repair team from working. -

Now we call them specialist or warrant officer -
I remember back when I was in SMM one of my instructors had bad blood with another instructor (who is more senior than he is). Even so, my instructor was professional enough to not let it get in the way of trainees' training and welfare.
Not so for the more senior instructor, though. He would find all sorts of ways and means to get to my instructor, to the point of finding fault with us trainees.
Once my instructor was marching us to the cookhouse for lunch. My platoon IC failed to give the proper commands to stop, so we screwed it up. He then rectified the situation by ordering us to hentak kaki. My instructor said nothing, and shrugged it off as a minor issue (which it is).
A few hours later, after dinner, the senior instructor ordered the whole lot of us to fall in. He then f**ked us up left right center in front of the entire school and made sure that my instructor was watching. After a long period of tekan, he said that his reason for tekaning us was because of that 'screwed-up stopping drill during lunch time'.
We all got tekaned like hell for quite some time, and booked out later than the other platoons. My instructor, shame-faced, told us that the senior instructor had tekaned us as a means of getting back at him, and that he felt bad at not being able to do anything about it.
That was only one incident where the senior instructor tekaned us just to get back at my instructor. There were many more incidents, but you get the drift.
Damn that bloody senior instructor. He should rip off his 2SG rank immediately. He certainly doesn't know the meaning of the word 'professionalism'.
