DIfferent companies in BMTC sch= Different standards?

A concerned parent asked BMTC sch 2 commander TAn Kah kee (wadever his name) whether there was different standards for diff coy n he answered no
Beri contradicting la, SaW NINJA COY kana tekan in e ist week wif push up and bla bla Add on a sadistic OC n NINJA is truly hell

Heng my coy had a reshuffle of personnel on top
So i hope it will break a way from its tradition of being xiong -
Ninja? kena complain tt time my batch cos we knock it down and do crunches in the toilet. After that we slack for one week then back to the normal training.

I still prefer my old company
They trained you hard, but not as siao as some companies that would put your life at risk
Their perspective on welfare is that you earned it. Give good performance and you are entitled to anyting they promised you. -
It all depend on the different OC in charge of the company. But i think mostly the siong company that will always be quite siong even though maybe their officer-in-charge change.. Cause some of them just dun wish to change the tradition ba.

so is Delta (or is it Dragon now) company still the most welfare coy in BMTC?

Dragon should be still quite slack as its a warrant coy.
For me, my BMT was shiong (sch 1 jaguar), last time the OC and CSM are sort of like 'hypocrite' cos they were very good to recruits. But they were very very tough on all the commanders, so in the end the commanders were forced to takan us, letting us believe that OC and CSM are the good guys while the PCs and Specs are the baddies.
But anyway, BMT is a memorable place lor. though if you're in a shiong coy, times are tough but its still fun lah.
and yes, different coy = different standard.
My coy RO normally at 10pm, falcon coy normally at 7pm. -

foxtrot company in 2003 is what i called siong. 4 words will strike fear into all the recruit, "LTA Luqman", "2SG Don".
heard from some foxtrot company alumni few batches before me that their foxtrot BMT was so siong their SISPEC days was more relax. -
