DIfferent companies in BMTC sch= Different standards?

  When me in BMT in DEC05,my coy si beh kan relac... MY OC is good,2I/C,PS and sect comm all very good... RO read out at 2000hrs,first to book out of tekong...

  i was lucky to have my CSM in BMT use a hose to 'facilitate' bathing. Now that might seem a low-ly job for an Encik... but that was how it worked in a WO coy...
  And it's very true that those Officers who have gone thru Bn life, led a mono through ATEC... and of cos the lao jiao WOs... would have a better understanding of the soldier's mentality.. what to do to boost morale and when to tighten and when to let loose.

  "welfare"? I do agree that route marches are quite 'slack' cos the OC leading the marches is too old.
