Unit/Vocation life after BMT?

IMO bmt is the best part of ns
In bmt u suffer tog n thus friendship is better...
In unit everyone think for himself only ...
Take leave or off as n when they like n leave all work to juniors.
Asking seniors for guidance n help they fk u upside down n complain.
Leaving all the shitload of work to juniors n when i see them they are lying on bed chit chatting.
A small problem n they push all blame to seniors.
I seriously hope i still in BMT
How m i gona survive until ORD ~500 days -

It all along the same in the world. When u are unfamilar with the place, and feel in secure and not at home. You normally will tend to help out with one another and all those brother brother feeling come out..
But when u get use to the system, find any loopholes. everyone care for themselves le... It true but sadly..
Normally is all those brother brother feeling that leave a lasting impression.. Out of BMTC for about going 1yr le, but i still miss BMTC life the most. -
Never had much good memories of BMT, but recourse was a heck of a party.

i concur. BMT was the best period of NS. no responsibility. everyday train hard & follow orders only.

somehow I think life is always better in the future
My BMT was a blast, so I make it a point not to think back and wish that I still can go back to those days.
Things might work in your favor if you try to improve things -

i seriosuly m considering downgrading cause i got excema..
but i was thinking i m working in a medical centre, to see a MO i have to go my own place n if i fail to obtain a downgrade, i will leave a bad impression among my colleagues and i will suffer for rest of my time until ORD cause of my attempt to keng ..furhtermore if i downgrade, chances are i will be a service medic n i still have to work in the same place...
have to accept fate -

every day 3 breaks.....morning 10am Routine tea break(written in the RO one hor)...12pm lunch break ...3pm afternoon break (say optional but usually end up instructors give tea break) haha
OETI times is my best period of training, cuz of the new taggin system in the SAF, my coursemates ended up as my section mates in unit...n later become my men when i was promoted to be commander....OETI is fun...any way depends on what wing u posted to also la...ARMOUR Wing here....Xiong training...SSG Daniel Wee and MSG Yeo super discipline type...but still fun! -
it's like that, when u are new u are often arrowed to do lots of thing. settle down and make new friends. u will get your turn to be lao jiao when new birds comes in in future.

apart from their ORD, all technicians look forward only to their modular courses at OETI after getting posted to their units -

also known as the lao jiao slack, xin jiao work symptoms. -

but when it comes to doing sai kang like bring me this bring me that, clean rifles, do decorations, area cleaning etc, it is usually the poor xin jiao who always kena arrowed.
happened to me when i was a xin jiao once myself.
