What happen when NS men fight?

If NS men fight in the public area, shall he get more penalized than a normal ppl?

You talking about reservist men when he is already called up for ICT? Then yes, he will be court marshalled as well.

If you fight in a public place and get arrested by the police, you'll first get charged in a civillian court. Once you've served out your sentence, you get court-martialled by the SAF.
In short, you get a two-fer. Two charges for the price of one offence. -
Last time got 1 NSmen during ICT ( stay out, not require to stay in but book in every morning ) at nite go NiteClub @ Marina South in half No.4 uniform. The moment he left the niteclub after 3am, just b4 he opens his porsche door, kena beaten up badly.
Didnt report back to camp in the morning. Didnt called up and report to S3 or Chief Clerk. Didnt make police report too. Everyone looking high and low for him. Then afternoon after lunch time see him wear nice nice civilian and he drove his porsche into unit carpark and walks into the main office. Eyes ( right side blueblack, lips swollen ). From MTO to OC to S3 to CO all lan lan. Didnt even dare charge him. Remaining days of his ICT, he just report to unit in civilian, sit in the mess room till 5pm and goes back.

I don't think that is correct. If a NSman during ICT, books out and get into trouble, he should be treated like a normal civilian.
