Is there a rise hike in NSF allowance increasing yet again?

I can more or less confirm about the 21 days of leave. But its only applicable to those who are still in service throughout the entire year.
So those who are about to ORD this year, too bad.
I heard from my friend that his brother receiving $450 as a recruit starting from this year?! -
my frens checked the intranet and there is indeed a GOM on allowance raise. but nth concrete came out of it. cpl if im not wrong increase to 480. den corporal first class(new rank i think) increase to 500.
we decided to call the pay dept and they mentioned that it's an urban legend. -

When I enlisted in 1983, we were only paid $120...damn happy leow -

the Government isn't fair then i have been through so much sia kand also i have been through theu tons of courses only give me a CPL Rank i want to be a SGt before i ORD.....

i was a mp from mindef! I heard this rumor in early november last year b4 i orded. Now I JUST ORD-ed! All policies' rumors originate from the clerks there. Dunno how to keep their mouth shut and i tink ppl from my side further spread the rumor haha. Confidential info u noe... But I don't want to confirm anything in case i break law but I heard my MP xing jiaos already tell me they're going to get leave increase this year liao.
It's 21 days if u're working for the whole year, but if u going to ord earlier b4 this year end, ur leave will be calculated based on the 21days system. Den oso got the so called CPL 1st class new rank and logo. Den still got pay rise too... Anyway i oso dont care la, the best is im civilian, but im still busybody and bo liao enough to come here and spread rumors haha.
Im Teo chee hean's son batch oso. and i see teo chee hean everyday in mindef haha not that it matters. And yep its true my batch is the first batch to get 2 year NS!!! Woohoo, teo chee hean rulez! -

I know of my fren ORD only 1 month earlier than me but get 2 less leave than me in the old system of 14 leaves per year. So u'll still have to wait until something concrete comes out. But dunt worry la wat urs would be urs. -

Is the allowance under some flexi-scheme, same like stock market ? When economy is well, you get more, and when economy is not doing well, it will decrease ?
