it has been sometime since i surf around this forum, and i dont know anyone post this before anot, but... i manage to see it and just wanna share with you guyz.....
pls remember to watch it with sequence!!! u watch 1A, then 1B then etc...
and when you go to hell week part (must watch) you have to go through sequence as well.
just to high light something, a normal combat diver will go through the SAME TREATMENT, and the hell week was very similar with what we have locally, its just that the we have AIR- CON and ICE for the cold treatment
