i don't know why i'm replying to a clone's tread... but here goes
what i believe is...
1. Pre enlistment Dental is to make sure SAF had a certified MO check the status of your teeth... and so if anything serious is wrong with your teeth..actions can be taken before you enlist. afterall every soldier should be fit dentally =P
2. ORD FFI is to again have a doctor ensure that your teeth are ok and that u can't later sue or claim compensation because you had your teeth certified 'fit for ord'... -
I think Stooky will fail FFI for Cai Peng.

I think the main purpose of the dental FFI is just to wayang for the code of "Care for soldier" since the dentist just say rudely open mouth,anything wrong,that all,if this type of dentist let me see outside hahaha,i sure complain
