  After ur ORD..say you still got your 11 B with you. And you used it to pay medical expenses..it still valid??
  
  As ur 11B still can use to pay e medical expense after ur ORD ?
  
  If so, will e CPC check..then complain against you ?

  No. cannot.
  
  But i know wad u can do... u can gain free entry to certain clubs if they have a nsf's enter for free night...

  Actually 11b is just the Card's name because every form/document in SAF have a serial number just like 1206, 1214, 1204, etc.
  
  And officially the Plastic SAF Card is no longer 11B, i think if you look at the bottom right of the card it has the new number (card not with me now, can't check)
  
  11B refers to the laminated paper version pre-1995.
  
  There actually is a directive stating that service-personnels are to refrain from refering to the Plastic card as 11B but call it SAF Smart Card instead.

  11B only can use in polyclinic.. when u register, they got scan wan...
