  weakest is 2.4km i ran 8.55 and i wan to target at 8.30

  its gotta be SBJ. and becoz of failing SBJ, i never made effort for 2.4, so probably its aother week pt for me.

  chin up used to be no problems as i use the swinging method. but some IPPT PTI don't allow that.
  
  i got a question. for automated IPPT conducted at those FCC, do the machine count swinging chin-ups?
