Sounds like every other National Swimmer becomes clerk. Is this an SOP or written in the GOM ?Originally posted by Marco_Simone:my bmt got a national swimmer keng OOC and become clerk.

Things at the ground have changed ... some sec 3/4 cadets who are stuck at CPL (NPCC) or 3SG (NCC) get the 'feel good' attitude already ... dun ask me, how they do it though ...Originally posted by Obersturmfuhrer:NCC/NPCC are the worse. As the cadets progress and "promote" to higher ranks, thy are lulled into a false sense of achievement and feel they're good. Most of them tend to slack off and start bullying the younger cadets. So much so when they end up getting "bullied" all over again in BMT so most likely cannot take it.
i was from npcc and unarm combat was taught to all cadets. but compared to bcct, its nothing much, probably just a stroke or two thats similar/same.Originally posted by Deunamist:that's actually quite true, for SCDF/NCDCC.
for NCC/SAF....maybe only drills and range
for NPCC/SPF... drills, range, some knowledge of crime prevention is imparted, and the penal code and organization of the SPF is taught to the Sec 3 cadets. however T-baton and all those law lessons and unarmed tactics are only taught to those going through POBC.
